What is the delivery time? Does the price include the cost of shipping to my port?
For standard configuration orders, shipment is usually made within 30–45 days after receipt of the deposit. We quote FOB prices at major Chinese ports. For CIF/DAP terms, please provide the destination port/address, and we will calculate the freight and insurance.
Is customization available? For example, adding a water cannon, different colors, or a company logo?
Absolutely! We offer a wide range of customization options, including different capacities, additional functions (such as a fertilization system for green plants), custom color painting, and company logo application. Please discuss the customization details before placing your order.
How is after-sales service guaranteed? Are spare parts and maintenance manuals provided?
We offer a 12-month quality warranty. Commonly used spare parts are available globally, along with technical drawings and maintenance manuals. Online remote troubleshooting support is also provided.
Does the vehicle comply with China's safety and emission standards?
We can provide chassis that meet emission standards (such as Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV, Euro V, etc.) in accordance with the specific requirements of your target market, and equip them with necessary safety devices. Please inform us of your destination country when making an inquiry.
How effective is the rust prevention of the fuel tank and paint? Are they durable?
The tank is made of anti-corrosion steel with an internal rust-proof coating. The exterior undergoes multi-layer treatments including derusting, phosphating, primer and topcoat, ensuring long-term use in humid and corrosive environments.
Can you provide spare parts for this truck?
Yes, we can provide spare parts for all the trucks we sell. We have a dedicated spare parts department. We can supply them immediately whenever you need.

How is the quality of your products?
Our company has a professional technical team for special vehicle inspection. After production, three acceptance teams will conduct full-function tests. Before delivery, another 3 rounds of full-function tests will be carried out. Double-layer arc welding technology is adopted for vehicle welding to ensure the overall stability of the vehicle. So far, we have not had any safety accidents caused by the vehicles themselves.
