Our History
Hubei Runli Special Automobile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2009 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It is a special vehicle manufacturer officially listed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, a manufacturer of hazardous chemical packaging and containers licensed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, a key exporter of special vehicles, and a high-tech enterprise in Hubei Province. The company’s registered trademark is Runzhixing, and the vehicle model code is SCS.
Our Factory
The company covers an area of 110,000 square meters, including a production workshop of 45,000 square meters. It is equipped with 886 sets of major production and testing equipment and four automated special vehicle production lines, with an annual output of more than 5,000 special vehicles of various types.
The company has a sound organizational structure and adopts an internal governance structure with the Board of Directors as the core. After ten years of practice, it has carried out all-round construction of a modern enterprise system and achieved remarkable results.

The company has long focused on the R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of various special vehicles, committed to the research and application of safety, environmental protection, high efficiency, energy saving and automation in vehicles, emphasizing the aesthetics, economy and functionality of products. It has a strong R&D team with more than 28 professional technicians engaged in special vehicle R&D. It has also established a production, education and research base with Lanzhou Jiaotong University and Hanyang Automobile Research Institute, providing a strong guarantee for continuous innovation and product upgrading.

Market Expansion
The company has 21 offices and after-sales service outlets and 103 sales agents in China, covering all first‑tier and second‑tier cities. It is an authorized refitting base for major automakers including Dongfeng, Jiefang, Foton, Sinotruk, and Shacman. It is also a long-term partner of Sinopec, PetroChina, XCMG Environment, Sany Heavy Industry, China National Heavy Duty Truck, Shimei Machinery, Wuzheng Group, Dongfeng Huashen, etc.
By making full use of e-commerce platforms, the company has expanded the international market. Its products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions including the Philippines, Cambodia, Tanzania, Costa Rica, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ethiopia, and Venezuela. Its foreign trade export volume has long been among the top of mechanical and electrical product exporters in Suizhou.
