1. Pre-transport Preparation
Check the refrigeration unit, temperature control system, fuel and coolant before departure.
Clean and disinfect the compartment to avoid odor and cross-contamination.
Pre-cool the compartment to the required temperature before loading.
2. Loading & Stacking
Do not block the air outlet and return air vent; leave gaps for air circulation.
Stack goods neatly; do not overload or press against the evaporator.
Avoid loading hot goods directly; cool them first if necessary.
3. Temperature Control
Set temperature according to cargo requirements and keep it stable.
Do not frequently adjust temperature or shut down the refrigeration unit.
Monitor temperature in real time and record data regularly.
4. Driving Process
Avoid sudden acceleration, braking and sharp turns to prevent goods damage.
Keep the compartment door closed as much as possible to reduce cold air loss.
Choose a reasonable route; avoid long-time traffic jams in high temperature.
5. Unloading Operation
Unload quickly to minimize door opening time.
Classify and handle goods to prevent thawing and deterioration.
6. Maintenance & Safety
Regularly maintain the refrigeration unit, clean the condenser and evaporator.
Check sealing strips to ensure good compartment insulation.
For medicine and frozen food, comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
